Photo Friday: Dusk Over Perrin Lake
Perrin Lake is one of the many lakes nestled in the Sandhills of Nebraska. This is not an easy lake to reach. To get there you must take a single lane, winding road for about 20 miles before it turns to gravel taking you into Crescent Lake National Wildlife Refuge. This particular lake is then a two track road off the gravel for another mile or so. On this evening, as the sun set illuminating the distant clouds, only the sound of quacking ducks filled the air.
