I've provided the information below to answer any questions that might arise regarding stock photography purchases from my website. Besides the images found on this website, I have a large library of additional images. Usage

I will license images for any use, including advertising, corporate, websites, media, magazines, and illustrations. The buyer is responsible for how images are used and whether other permission may be needed.

Exclusivity

With a few exceptions, all images available exclusively from this site. They have never been distributed Royalty-Free and not found on popular stock photography sites. All our image licenses are right-managed so that each image has limited exposure. Our system informs you instantly whether an image has been licensed before, and if so, how many times. Complete use history is available upon request, and exclusive licenses are welcome. All images are registered with the US copyright office.

Information

I represent only my images. I will let you know if we have the stock images you are requesting immediately and work tirelessly with you to suggest the right images, as well background on the subject, location, or creation of the photograph.

Quality

All files are available as high resolution digital files of at least 3000x5000 pixels.

Delivery

Digital files can be made available by download quickly and unless specified otherwise, stock images are transmitted in sRGB, saved as high quality jpeg to ensure the best quality for your needs.

Pricing

Each license is issued for a specific intended use. I generally charge a one-time licensing fees which depends on the actual usage. The broader the rights granted, the higher the fees (it is fair that a small business brochure costs less than a national advertising campaign). It is important I am provided detailed information about your intended use. We match the price of other right-managed providers. Discounts are given for multiple image uses. Except in extreme special circumstances, no transaction will be conducted below the minimal licensing fee of $75. I do not grant free commercial licenses solely in exchange for credits or links.

Payment

Licensing contracts can be paid by major credit cards.
